On Thursday December 1st our basketball team travelled to the National Basketball Arena in Tallaght to play our final match. We faced off against St. Louise’s of Ballyfermot. We played a very good game! We had lots of fun and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of the arena and loved having the support of 4th and 6th class, as well as some parents who came too.

A huge well done to all the players who put in a huge effort both in matches and in training.

During Science Week everyone in room 18 participated in a science fair. We were in groups and did a variety of experiments and put them on show for the rest of the school to see. We really enjoyed discovering lots of new things and teaching the other classes about them too.

On Friday the 28th of October, everyone in the school made a huge effort to dress up for Halloween. The costumes were absolutely fantastic, as usual! We also had a whole school disco in the hall where we danced our socks off to some of our favourite songs.
