Welcome to Ms. Egan’s 2nd class blog!
On Thursday June 27th teachers from both the infant and senior school kitted out to play a ‘friendly’ football match to finish off the year on a high. The buzz in the air was palpable! Everyone was delighted with the game and the teachers did us all proud. A big thanks to Johnny for organising the match. ⚽️
On Tuesday 11th June both 5th classes had the wonderful opportunity to visit the historic site of Kilmainham Gaol. We enjoyed guided tour with the very knowledgeable Joanne and David. It was so interesting. Luckily, it was dry enough for us to enjoy our lunch in the grounds or IMMA afterwards. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day out.
On Friday 7th of June we had a day filled with fun and activity in St. Brigid’s. We had a fantastic day.
