Labhraimís Tuilleadh Gaeilge: Let’s speak more Irish! Seachtain na Gaeilge reminds us to put our cúpla focal into practice. Please encourage your child to use her Irish at home. We will finish up with a Céilí on Wednesday 15th, when the whole school community turns GREEN!
World Book Day falls on the first Thursday of March each year. Here in school, we look forward to seeing lots of characters come to life, thanks to the effort and imagination put into the costumes!! We will have lots of reading activities throughout the day and ask parents/guardians to encourage your child to read – it’s one of the greatest gifts you can give to your little one or to your young person.
Niamh Forristal, our Home School Coordinator reminds us of the importance of smiling, that it’s cool to be kind and that we need to think of others as well as ourselves!!!
