Ms Cahill

Before Easter the students of St. Brigids SGNS said farewell to Ms Cahill with a special assembly celebrating how she had impacted on the lives of our pupils in a positive way. Different girls reflected on their memories of Ms Cahill, we held a special prayer service and sang The Power of One.

Working hard in Room 8!

We were learning about the Children of Lir and wrote diary entries as the different characters. We also did a recount on the story. We also read about St. Brigid’s Cloak and we made a cloak by weaving material together. In Geography, we learnt about China and Chinese New Year and made a dragon to celebrate Chinese New Year. We painted pictures inspired by the works of Jack B Yeats in art and we have decorated our noticeboard with lovely spring pictures and poems.

was created along with our crest in 2012 and both continue to be as relevant today as they were then.
