Limericks

Room 15 have been busy writing poetry. Here is selection of our best Limericks:

There was a girl that was ugly,
She loved to walk her dog Snuggly
They walked past a man,
Who hit the dog with a pan,
That was the sad end of Snuggly
By Emily

There was a young girl from Cork,
She loved to eat pork,
One day she fell,
Into a well,
That was the end of the girl
By Sophie

There once was a girl called Jodie,
One day she came over and told me,
That she had two cats,
And a pet rat,
And I don’t even think that she knows me!
By Shauna

There was a man who collected cups,
He sat on his dog and said “whoops”,
The dog bit his bum,
He ran to his mum,
He fell in a puddle, whoops!

was created along with our crest in 2012 and both continue to be as relevant today as they were then.
