Campa Samhraidh 2017

I rith mí Iúil bhí campa samhraidh againn sa scoil. Bhí cailiní ó ranganna 3, 4, 5 agus 6 ag freastal ar an gcampa. Bhí a lán spórt is spraoi againn, rinnemar a lán spórt, ealaín, dramaíocht, rince agus ceol. Seachtain iontach a bhí ann agus d’úsáideamar a lán Gaeilge freisin.

Literacy and Numeracy Summer Camp 2017

On the first week of our summer holidays we had held a literacy and numeracy summer camp for the children of 2nd and 3rd class. We had a brilliant week! We learned some new songs, dances, did some drama, p.e and even some gardening and built a little house. It was a fantastic week, we all had great fun!

We loved creating interesting noticeboards this year. We have studied the art of Kandinsky, Mondrian and Monet as well as Aztec and Native American crafts.
